It is absolutely not possible that the e-mail contains a virus. If you enable the virus scanners it is possible to open and print the e-tickets. In case you experience any problems you can also request your e-tickets via secondhome2010@summit.nl.
Can I use my e-ticket more than once and for more than one person?
This is not possible. You are able to print e-tickets unlimited. But at the entrance every ticket will be checked and scanned. Every ticket has a unique barcode, which is valid for entrance only once. You need one unique ticket per person.
Where do I have to pay attention to when printing my e-tickets?
Because every ticket will be scanned at the entrance of the fair, it is important that the barcode on the ticket is printed clearly. Our advice is to print the ticket at a high or moderate quality (not at concept or low quality). Please make sure that the toner of your printer contains enough ink to print the tickets clearly.
Even after reading these frequently asked questions and answers I still have questions about my e-tickets.
